Terms and conditions
Conclusion of contract:
The customer, who sends an order, accepts with it also the valid general terms and conditions. Uniquee reserves the free decision about the acceptance of the order. The sales contract is concluded by written confirmation of the order by e-mail from Uniquee. The prices which are repeated in the order confirmation are valid. If online information about an article of the assortment should have been wrong, Uniquee will submit a counteroffer to the customer, about whose acceptance he can decide freely.
Prices and payment:
The standard items (items offered in the online store) are usually handed over to the post office on the following working day after order confirmation by Uniquee. The shipment is done by B-Post and the customer usually receives the parcels within 3 working days. On Saturday, the post office does not deliver or accept parcels. If the customer specifies a fixed and urgent date when placing the order, the delivery will be made by A-Post (Priority) or Express. If Priority or Express delivery is requested, the corresponding postage costs will be charged.
Returns/Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are excluded except for defective goods or wrong delivery caused by Uniquee.
Defective goods and wrong deliveries caused by Uniquee have to be reported by the customer within 10 days. The report of the defect is done at info@uniquee.ch.
The customer will then receive the necessary information to return the goods, receive the replacement goods or get the money refunded. The individual products from the wrong deliveries may neither be opened nor returned used.
